Eucott Bay Hot Springs 2

Hot Spring

Accessible only by boat or floatplane, the Eucott Bay Hot Springs offers visitors a tranquil oasis of mineral-rich waters, located on the southwest side of the bay.

Accessible only by boat or floatplane, the Eucott Bay Secondary Hot Spring is located on the southwest side of the bay, approximately 150 meters from the entrance, close to some rotting pilings. This pool can reach temperatures of up to 41 degrees Celsius and is fed by several hot spots near the high-tide mark. One of the smaller springs feeds a shallow pool that is partly constructed from concrete, although the soaking experience is not as good as in the main pool. The hot springs are located in a protected marine park, and visitors are asked to respect the fragile ecosystem and to take only memories and photographs. Camping is not permitted at the hot springs, but there are campsites nearby where visitors can stay.
