The pools range in temperature from pleasantly warm to steaming hot, with the hottest pool reaching temperatures of up to 42°C (107°F). The mineral-rich water is said to have a variety of salutary properties, including the easing of muscular tension and the promotion of relaxation.
In addition to the hot springs, the area features an abundance of picturesque hiking trails that offer awe-inspiring panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and forests. The site also boasts a campground, as well as several cozy accommodations, including rustic cabins and charming chalets.

From the town of Nakusp
- Start on Broadway Street, heading east.
- Turn left onto 6th Street.
- Continue onto Upper Brouse Road for approximately 7 km.
- Turn left onto Hot Springs Road and continue for approximately 14 km.
- You will arrive at Nakusp Hot Springs, located on the right-hand side of the road.
